Rivethead Issue #9, July 1989. Edited and published by Lisa E. Sullivan. This was the first issue to feature local original art on our covers, a trend which was to dominate and in some ways define the rest of our publishing run. This particular masterpiece was done by Tod Waters. Issue #9 also offered a Lisa E. interview with Jason McMaster of Dangerous Toys, an impartial review of our first annual Metal Bash from Joe Claytor, Local Lix, the Monthly Calendar, Guitar Tips, Soundboard, and more!
